If you book Roach’s Roaster for your event, you can expect a hog roast so tasty that your guests won’t be able to resist asking for second helpings.
Our pork is sourced from a local farmer in Marbury, Cheshire and we take great care over the preparation of our meat.
Slow-cooked to perfection
We cook each hog in a specially-designed oven at our farm for around 11 hours, checking the meat and its temperature every hour. We also score the pigs and rub them in salt and olive oil, so you will enjoy the tastiest crackling and most tender meat.
More than just pork
Our hog roasts are the most popular choice among our customers, but we also offer ham, turkey and beef. Pick just one or a combination of meats – it’s up to you.
And rather than offering you a set menu, you can select what you’d like from a variety of options.

You’ll also be pleased to know that we use the finest condiments, including Darlington & Daughters’ apple sauce, while our bread is from Baker Power. And all our salads are prepared at home using our own produce from our kitchen garden.
